Welcome to Jolliffe’s. By purchasing digital access to Jolliffe’s essays, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before finalizing your purchase. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorized to purchase our digital content.

1. Intellectual Property Rights and Content Restrictions

All digital materials accessible within the gated portal—including but not limited to videos, audio files, architectural layouts, design specifications, technical documentation, text, resources, and guides—are the exclusive intellectual property of Jolliffe’s and its owners.

By completing your purchase, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access your chosen Kitchen Composition for personal, non-commercial use only.

  • No Downloading: You are strictly prohibited from copying, ripping, saving, downloading, or capturing any video or proprietary media files hosted within the portal unless an explicit "Download" button is intentionally provided by us for that specific file.

  • No Sharing or Distribution: You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, stream, display publicly, or transmit any part of our digital designs, images, or content to any third party.

  • No Commercial Exploitation: You may not resell, white-label, license, or exploit our Kitchen Compositions or proprietary design information for commercial gain, commercial project execution, or professional redistribution.

Any unauthorized use or theft of our intellectual property constitutes a material breach of this contract and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

2. User Accounts and Credentials Security

To access your purchased essays, you must create a custom user account and set up a secure login credential (username and password).

  • Confidentiality: You are entirely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your account login information. You agree to notify us immediately at inquiries@jolliffes.co if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

  • Prohibition on Account Sharing: Your digital access is bound to a single user. You are strictly prohibited from sharing your login credentials, access codes, or account passwords with any third party, contractor, family member, or friend.

  • Monitoring and Termination: We reserve the right to monitor account login metrics (such as concurrent IP addresses, session parameters, or unusual geographic login flags) to protect platform security. If we detect that your account credentials have been shared or compromised, your access to the essays will be immediately and permanently terminated. No warnings will be issued, and you will not be eligible for a refund or account reinstatement.

3. One-Time Purchase and Access Terms

  • One-Time Payment: Access to the essays is granted upon a single, one-time payment. There are no recurring monthly fees, subscription costs, or hidden maintenance charges.

  • Unlimited Access: Subject to compliance with these Terms, you will receive ongoing access to the essays for as long as the digital portal remains active, operational, and hosted by us. Jolliffe’s makes no guarantees regarding the lifelong availability of the hosting platform but will provide reasonable notice if the hosting infrastructure changes.

4. Strict No-Refund Policy and Statutory Waivers

Due to the digital nature of our gated content and the immediate delivery of intellectual property upon purchase, we enforce a strict NO-REFUNDS policy for all digital access purchases.

  • Immediate Fulfillment: Because full access to your chosen Kitchen Composition is granted immediately upon successful payment, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

  • No Retroactive Refunds: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons including but not limited to: change of mind, project cancellations, dissatisfaction with the design layout, technical incompatibility on your personal device, or choosing a different composition later. All sales are final.

  • UK & European Consumer Right Waiver: If you are purchasing from the United Kingdom or the European Union, you explicitly acknowledge that by completing your purchase and accessing the digital gated content, you request immediate performance of this contract. You expressly agree that you forfeit and waive your statutory 14-day right of cancellation and refund under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and alternative European consumer protection directives once digital delivery has commenced.

5. Governing Law, Forum Selection, and Severability

  • Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising from your use of this website or purchases made herein, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

  • Exclusive Jurisdiction: You explicitly agree that any formal legal action or proceeding related to this website shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that specific clause shall be severed, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Jolliffe’s regarding your purchase of digital content and supersede all prior discussions, emails, or agreements.
